A full day masterclass in how food connects people to place, season, and each other. Massimo Mele and sommelier Michael Fisher will personally collect you and three guests from Hobart CBD for an unforgettable day on the farm.
Begin with a private tour of the Chef's Garden to understand the soil, the seasons, and what's at its peak right now. Then settle into the garden with fresh coffee and sfogliatelle.
After, step into the kitchen for an exclusive hands-on cooking class led by Massimo and his mother Maria. Learn to make fresh pasta and create lunch using ingredients you've discovered, with mother and son guiding you through every stage.
